We went to Chicago today and my blood counts are stable but below normal.  Other visits Dr. Frankfurt said this was normal, today she said my counts should be in the normal range.  I'm confused once again.  I dropped my anti rejection med .2 last Tuesday to .7 twice a day, and today after one week she said to go down to .5 starting tomorrow, then go back to every two weeks to drop another .2  She also said unless my counts start coming up she wants another bone marrow biopsy in three weeks.  If my counts come up she said she won't put me through a biopsy just yet.  She said there was a slight mutation last time, and she wants to be sure all is going well.  She also dropped my beta blocker completely as my BP has been 90's over 50's on a regular basis and it is clear I don't need the heart med at this point.  She also dropped my voriconazole down to once a day.  I pray that my counts start coming up, everything else is going as expected.  She did say she will not let me go back to work with my platelets being low.  Today they were 47, they need to be 150 or better.
