You can see where he is almost back to his neuts where he started. You can also see the TLTC where they wiped him out. Too low to Count - it's less than Zero! |
Now it's a matter of switching him from all the IV antibiotic, rejection, fungal, viral, and making them oral. Also the nutrition bag needs to come down. But that means Scott has to eat. He's working on it. It will happen.
Today I get the apartment. We were originally getting a 2 bedroom, but they switched us to a queen studio when they had a cancellation so we would not have to move. Either way we will have privacy and no more beeping!
The reason we have to stay in the apartment for a month is so they can keep a close eye on Scott for any rejection issues. The first month is critical, and even the next 6 months are very very scary. Please pray that Donor Dan and Scott get along just the right amount, roommates that just have a little argument once in a blue moon.
I'm sure Scott will write something. I have to make a list! I'm going to clean like crazy even though the place is clean. Crazy as it sounds, I'm looking forward to it!!
Enjoy your Sunday everyone.
Betty
I jusy got done with the doctors, I will not be released tomorrow as originally planned, Tuesday is more likely. I just have to get eating. I sure I'll heal up faster once I can get and uniterrupted night of sleep. Once I"m good enough it will be off to the water front and some light fishing.
God Bless,
Scott
Woooo Hoooo !!! Congrats on the progress. We knew you could do it. This is fantastic news!
ReplyDeleteLabs are looking great, hope the C-Diff test comes back negative. Bet the two of you are soooooo excited about being discharged and getting into the apartment; Tuesday will be here before you know it. Keep up the good lab work and just eat small portions all day long and hopefully keep them down.
