Happy Days

So another good day.  All is going well, this is day 17 and my hemoglobin only went down .1 in 24 hrs., my white count is .5, and my platelets are 19.  No blood products today:))  Betty went to Trader Joes with Karen and I got mini donuts, chocolate, and liquorice.  I think there is a possibility I will get to go home by next weekend!   If the timing of my release is right, I might be able to get a little fly fishing in:))) I shaved off my facial hair because there were spots missing. The sun is shining, life is good, God is great.

  1. We are praying for you and Betty, have a great day. Donnie & Sue

  2. Oh my gosh look great...seriously! Hey, it looks like you still have your eyebrows though...didn't shave those off! LOL:)
That would be GREAT if you got to go home next weekend. Have you tried clicking your heels together and repeating "there's no place like home"? Worked for Dorothy. Stay positive and keep eating donuts! Hugs, love, and prayers. (Miss you like crazy Liz)

  3. That is great news.
Hope the fish will be hungary for flys! HA HA!
    Stay postive. Nancy & Tom

  4. Scott, more good news today and we hope for more good news tomorrow. In case you did not hear, you kicked my but at tennis, real good! The taste of defeat is not good. Robb W. redeemed the coupon. We will be praying for you. Take care, Steve and Carol

  5. 'Donut' -- too funny! You look great Scott - and I especially like that last line. "Sun is shining, Life is good, God is great". You truly are an inspiration to all of us. Cookies are baked and prayers are with you!

  6. Hello Scott and Betty,
Scott you look great! It's good to see your smiling face. Know that I'm praying hard for you two! Love, hugs and prayers coming your way. Sharon Kinney
