IT'S A GOOD DAY!!
YAY!! Scott can bend his fingers!!! Thank you for all the extra prayers. With his finger bending his sense of humor is back too. He will post something later, just wanted you all to know he is better than yesterday.

So now I have a dermatologist. She said the hand thing is not neurapothy, she said the chemo leaks into your sweat glands and kills the tissue. She said it will recover but the next round of chemo could be much worse. So I get a special lotion for now and next round of chemo I get cooling gloves to help prevent this as much as possible. The last thing I want is open sores with no immune system. Actually the last thing I want is another round of chemo. Sounds like we will go home for a little bit between this round and the stem cell. That will be nice but hard to come back.

ReplyDeleteHip hip hooray! Glad to hear that...it's progress! I like the combo of the wild life jammies and I also see something with a "G" on it...slippers maybe. Very cool wardrobe. Glad that things are at least a little better today. Stay strong!
